ssh port forward for TNS

I'm trying to use ssh connect to my office gateway, and trying to access the database thru the port forwarding of ssh.

My case is that, I forward localhost:1521 to remote machine:1521, so that I can get response from tnsping.

But I'm not able to connect using sqlplus, any document have mention that which additional port are using by ora8? Does anyone have experience with this?

I'm using TTERM pro+TTSSH.
