ssh: connect to host rac2 port 22: Network is unreachable

Dears,,

I have two Linux virtual machines running . . .
I am trying to make some modifications on them as a RAC
While trying to write the following command on the first RAC Virtual machine
ssh rac2 cat ~/.ssh/id_rsa.pub >> ~/.ssh/authorized_keys
I faced error message as following:
ssh: connect to host rac2 port 22: Network is unreachable

Please , how can i solve this error?
