Square Character displayed on queries

Hi all

A small square painted in black is appearing at all my query result. No idea what it is.

I've turned almost every thing off but still it doesn't go away.

CLEAR SCREEN
SET ECHO OFF
SET FEEDBACK OFF
SET VERIFY OFF
CLEAR BREAKS
SET NEWPAGE 0
SET HEADING OFF
TTITLE OFF
SET PAGESIZE 66
SET LINESIZE 78
