SQR Select Statements running very slow after upgrade from 4.3.4 to 11.1.2.1

We upgraded our SQR runtime from version 4.3.4 to 11.1.2.1.0.103. We use MS SQL Server. After the upgrade the SELECT statements in the SQR files take much longer if they have an ORDER BY. The same SELECT statement with the ORDER BY runs much quicker when used with SQR 4.3.4 against the same database. UNION's are slow too. Anybody else experience the same problem?
