SQLSetConnectAttr failed.

I get this error when ever I try to report from Excel or Access Database.

The flat file is not accessed by anybody nor its open.

Can I know what exact driver to use for excel and access...
and also if the file is in a remote location in a shared folder what should be the location given? I create the ODBC and change the location in the registry to reflect remote location \\server\folder\file

Whats wrong?

Any help appreciated...

Note: I do not get this error when I have the file in the same box as BI Server...
