SQLPLUSW.exe Not supplied with 11g

Hi

I have recently downloaded the 11g for Windows, after the installation i am not able to find the SQLPLUSW.EXE in the Installation. Searched in the ORACLE_HOME directory and all files on my computer not able to find.
