SQLPLUS takes a long time to run

Hi guys,

I've install "slqplus" on two different servers, the first one takes for about "0m0.013s" while the second one takes "0m12.758s"

*** Server #01 - RUNNING FAST ***

$ time echo exit | sqlplus -V

SQL*Plus: Release 11.2.0.1.0 Production

real 0m0.013s

user 0m0.004s

sys 0m0.008s

*** Server #02 - RUNNING SLOW ***

$ time echo exit | sqlplus -V

SQL*Plus: Release 11.2.0.1.0 Production

real 0m12.758s

user 0m0.005s

sys 0m0.017s

Any ideia?
