SQLPlus not running *.sql files

AmiWJul 17 2017 — edited Jul 18 2017

This is on Windows Server 2008 R2 and DB 11.2.0.4.0 Patch 25590979

I have no idea what is going on at all. I'm not able to run sqlplus /nolog @abc.sql. This is when I remote desktop to the server and execute command on command prompt within that remote desktop session.

What abc.sql will do are

1) prompt for login information,

2) set some settings

(example:

set showmode off head off echo off feed off timi off

set ver off term off)

3) Then run a few queries,

4) call a few other .sql files.

Issue: it just stops after the settings part and not run the query.

However, if I login and run each command individually from the abc.sql, it'll run without any issues. It'll stop again if I just run start def.sql (Step 4 mentioned above). Again, if I run def.sql steps individually, it'll execute without any errors.

Done:

1) I have alter users' passwords to make sure the login information is correct.

2) I saw this article, and have spoken to our network guys and they say, they are not blocking any ports.

3) Verified all Windows Firewall is turned off.

I'm totally lost as to what could be causing this issue. Any suggestions are appreciated.

Thank you.
