Hi,
SQLPLUS is hanging for sometime (30-45 seconds) one specific user (BOLINF) and then connecting its working fine for all other users.
I have collected the wait event information,its waiting on "library cache lock" an d below are p1,p2,p3 values.

Can you please let me know how to track down, on which object its is exactly waiting on ?
I have checked there are no invalid objects in this schema, DB version is : 11.2.0.4.0
