On a recent re-installation of Windows 10 and Oracle Enterprise Ed on my laptop I've continued to use the MS Dos console for running certain queries.
The issue I'm having is even after setting up the console the way I want it, it is wrapping according to some default. In the attached screenshot it shows my setup and no matter what settings I use I can't get the SQL output to wrap to whatever the console width is. If I use the "type" command on a OS text file (windows equiv to "cat") no wrapping occurs but when I open up an sqlplus connection and run a query, it wraps and no matter what I set the buffer or window size to it still wraps. Not had this problem before so wondering if anyone else is experiencing the same and how to resolve.
