SQLJ procedure getting stuck in the database with OJVM Generic Wait Event

Hi,

Few of our custom prgorams calling SQLJ procedure are getting stuck with OJVM Generic Wait event. The SQLJ procedure is used to send out email in the PLSQL proc. Only few instances of the program is getting stuck and issue cannot be reproduced at will. Any help on this is highly appreciated.
