SQLException: FATAL: sorry, too many clients already

Hi every body,

I am try to run programme that is connected to Postgresql through jdbc. I got the incomplete output when I ran this programme.For the rest of the output it displayed the error.

SQLException: FATAL: sorry, too many clients already
