SQLDeveloper Vista and UAC

Everytime I start SQL Developer in Vista, I get the annoying message that an unidentified program wants to access my computer.

That's not the most annoying part of it. SQLDeveloper runs as administrator. This means the sql files are saved as administrator and I cannot modify them with another tool like notepad or vim.

Is there any plan out there to make SQLDeveloper UAC aware? SQLPLUS just run fine without administrator privileges.
