SQLDeveloper 1.5.5 Migrating an Access Database to Oracle

Hello

I am trying to use SQL Developer1.5.5 to migrate my Access 2003 database mdb file to Oracle

After creating my migration repository I run the Access 2003 Exporter (tools>migration>micro Access exporter>run access 2003 exporter)

The exporter fails with this error displayed in the migration Log

'java.lang.ProcessImpl.create(Native Method)'

Any solutions to this issue ??
