SqlDev Bookmarks Question

The Navigate menu shows the bookmark commands, but they are de-activated.
The accelerators (keyboard shortcuts) are defined for bookmark navigation, but they do not work.

Can anyone give us the reason that bookmarks only work for PL/SQL (not for SQL code)
I did not get that impression from the documentation for sqlDev 1.5.3, but that is the answer that I got from an Oracle person.

Anyone understand all of this?
