SQLD 4 EA 3 Instant Client Requirements

Dear all, I'm not able to turn on instant client in EA3 to use Thick/OCI driver. No matter which instant client is installed 11g or 12c the - Preferences GUI says in new dialog window "The client home <my path> is not on the PATH". Test button in configure client path dialog doesn;t produce any result at all.

Previously was using EA2 and such issue didn;t occur there with x64 11.2.0.3 instant client.

Using Win7 x86_64, Instant client is also for x64 Win. Has anybody expreienced the same issue?
