SQLcl: MCP Server & SQL Prompt

Steps to reproduce:

• launch SQLcl
• initialize project (project init … )
• leave SQLcl
• launch SQLcl
• run any project command (project verify…)
  • CONTEXT_DOESNT_EXIST

Re-running project init … in new SQLcl session kind of works, but I'm not sure it's the proper way to “fix” this.

Is this expected?
