SQL tool source missing since 6.2.38

I find bdb sql amalgamation cannot be build due to the lack of `db-18.1.32/lang/sql/sqlite/tool/` folder.

The last available source is `db-6.1.38/lang/sql/sqlite/tool/`. However, the old tool cannot build `db-18.1.32`.

Would you provide us the tool codes ?
