sql text formatting

Hi
Version 10g
solaris 10

we are using siebel as frontend app, and we have very big quries like joining 50 to 60 tables and having hundreds of lines.
in case of any query plan check
am taking sql_text from v$sqltext_with_newlines and this is not in a proper format to take Execution Plan.

Can somebody please help me out is there any better way to do "sqltext" format so that i can take execution plan.
