SQL startup problem ORA-1261 and ORA-1262 ?

previously not able to startup due to processes limit exceed (for testing I alter the processes initialization parameter to 15 which is low)
So, to startup i changed the process value as 300 in the spfile located in $ORACLE_HOME/dbs/spfile.ora
then, new problem occurs
ora-01078 : failure in processing system parameter
LRM-00109 : could not open parameter file '/u01/app/oracle/product/11.2.0/xe/dbs/initXE.ora
so, I copy and create new pfile as in the name of initXE.ora pasted in the above location.
now, it create new problem which shown in the picture attached
kindly please help me to overcome this issue
