SQL Servers's SCOPE_IDENTITY() function in Oracle???

There is a query in SQL SERVER in my project SELECT SCOPE_IDENTITY()

I would need to write equivalent query in Oracle.

Could you pelase let me know what is the substitue for the function SCOPE_IDENTITY() in Oracle?
