SQL Server Migration Assistant for Oracle Connection failed, ORA-06413: Connection not open.

Hi,

I'm working on SQL Server Migration Assistant for Oracle and trying to connect to my Oracle 10g. But I got ORA-06413: Connection not open error.

Below is the info.

Connect to:

ORACLE Server: Windows Server 2003 R2 (SP2) Enterprise x64 bit

ORACLE Version: 10g (10.2.0.3.0)

Port: 1521

From PC:

Windows 7 Pro (SP1) x64- bit

Oracle JInitiator 1.3.1.25 Installed:

ODAC10203x64 Installed.

I checked ACL, there is no block between the two.
