SQL Server : Invalid column name 'NAME'

Trying to get connection to sqlserver.

I get error Invalid column name 'NAME'. I thought this may have been due to a column defined as "NAME" in sqlserver table. But this does not appear to be the case.

I get this error on pressing te-he "retrieve database" button ?
