We have Goldengate replication setup between two SQL Server databases on difference machines.

Topology Used: Extract and Pump
Source:
ServerA - SQL Server 2005 - SP4
Database - DB1
Tables: T1, T2 and many
Destination:
ServerB - SQL Server 2005 - SP4
Database - DB2
Tables: T1, T2 and many
- Replication is working fine for many tables, but is not working well for few tables. If I compare the number of rows on some tables, it is not matching. I have not used GG replication before and this was setup by some one else, who is no more working now with us.
Could any one please help on how to troubleshoot this issue?
