SQL Server Database Connection

I'm trying to set up a SQL Developer connection to SQL Server. I've download the JDBC Driver: JTDS-1.3.0 and added it to Tools/Preferences/Database/Third Party JDBC Drivers. When I try to set up a new connection, I'm getting a New Gallery screen which doesn't allow me to do anything. If I remove the JTDS-1.3.0 driver and try to set up a new connection, I get a connection screen that has the Oracle and Access tabs. I've download version 3.2.20.09.87 of SQL Developer.

How do I set up the db connections? Thanks in advance.
