SQL query required

Hi All,

I would like to write a Oracle SQL query for the below requirement.

I have a table and there are columns 1. Empno 2. Ename 3. Start time 4. End time 5 Total hours per day.

Office hours are FROM 9am TO 5 pm.Employee has to cover 40 hours in a week. I would like to write a query who has completed 40 hours and who didn't complete their 40 hours in a week?

Please give me an idea to write a query for the above requirement.
