SQL query

Hi,
I have a table which stores the time in and time out for the employees. Now i want to write a query which can filter out all the employees who have worked for more than 5 hours on any particular day without a break and they have taken a break for less than *35 minutes* after that. So for example John Doe started at 8 am , worked till 1 pm and took a break till 1:15 PM and started working again . Each employee will have multiple entries for a date ( multiple time in and time out).
