SQL Profile and SQL BASE Line with Dynamic SQL

Hi Experts,

A doubt. W ether we should not create the sql profile or sql baseline recommended by sql advisor if sql are dynamic ( means Bind variables are there , One of the condition get changed in where clause like att1= sysdate -1 or sysdate -15 ).
