SQL plus Worksheet.

Hello, i am new to oracle and need some help regarding the sql-plus worksheet.
I've been using it at school and now i've installed oracle at home for some more practice however i can't locate it.
I've downloaded oracle 10 ( we use same version on school and both my home-pc and the ones at school run on Windows. Can anyone tell me what do i need to do to run/install the worksheet?
