SQL *Plus GUI not available after installation of Oracle Database 11g R2

Hi,

I had just installed Oracle Database 11g R2 on Linux. But after installation I am unable to access SQL *Plus from command prompt (Terminal) and I am unable to locate the GUI from Application Menu in Linux. I tried to search GUI like this:

http://docs.cs.cf.ac.uk/html/601/node4.html

but the application menu does not have SQL *Plus GUI
