SQL Plus And Instant Client Missing

Hi,

I just downloaded 64bit ODAC 11.2 Release 5 (11.2.0.3.20) for Windows x64, installed on my windows 7 64bit machine. There's no error.
After installation, I couldn't find Sql Plus and Instant Client. Did I miss out something?
