SQL Plan Management and Purging

I am on 11.1.0.7. I have a Reporting Database that gets copied over from Production every x days (using duplicate database).
When we copy over the production database to Reporting then all the Plan/baseline that now Reporting database has are from the Production.
What I want now in Reporting database is to purge all of the history/baseline that we just got from the production database.

How to achieve this?

Using the DBMS_SPM.CONFIGURE may not help as the lowest value for retention is 5 weeks. Whereas my intention is to delete/truncate all the baseline/history.
