SQL Net to Net80

My application (VB6, Sp2, ADO-OLEDB) conecct to an Oracle 8i, the database version was upgraded (7x to 8i) some months ago. Some Pc have installed SQL Net and they can connect without any problems to the 8i database, some Pc have installed Net8 (those PC migrates from sqlnet to Net8), and they can4t conecct to the database, ADO gets a error that couldn't interpret.

I reviewed that all the entrien on both enviroments (sql Net and Net8) it's ok, does any one has some idea of this? what did i forget?
