SQL net not properly installed

Hello All,

I installed Oracle Client 11g R2 on windows 7 - 64 bit.

i am able to connect from command window SQLPLUS, but when i installed PL/SQL developer and whenever i am trying to connect i get the below error

OracleHomeDir:

Your help please...
