SQL*Net message from dblink wait event for 9 mins.

Dear friends,

My database (oracle 9.2.0.8.0) will call another database's (oracle 9i RAC) view through DB Link to get some data.
But some sessions are waiting exactly 9 mins and thrwing ORA-03113: end-of-file on communication channel

What could be the reason for this? could some one please help me on this?

Its very urgent this error is happening in live servers :(
