SQL*Net message from dblink

Oracle Database 12.2.0

RHEL 7.4

Hello Team,

Kindly note that users are complaining of slow loading time of reports.

I checked the AWR reports and as per my analysis, I see the 'SQL*Net message from dblink' is taking time.

Please advise how to check which process is causing this event.
