Hi,
SQL monitor has not been working for a few weeks in our Exadata 12.1.0.2 database.
There is no SQL queries being monitored even queries using PARALLEL or MONITOR hints.
When I query the GV$SQL_MONITOR I can find only PL/SQL entries. There is no longer SQL queries being monitored on the 2 RAC instances.
I'm sure it is not due to the size of the execution plan because even a mere SELECT PARALLEL on a table is not monitored.
I have opened an SR but I got no answer from the Oracle support.
Any idea what would stop SQL Monitor from working properly? I have flushed the shared pool a few weeks ago and I'm wondering if it could be the cause of this issue
