SQL * Loader syntax error at 'control' following '='

Hi,

I am running the sql loader by using shell script but i am facing the following error.Can you please advise.

LRM-00116: syntax error at 'control' following '='

SQL*Loader: Release 10.1.0.5.0 - Production on Mon Nov 17 16:40:09 2014

SQL*Loader-100: Syntax error on command-line

SQL*Loader exited with failures
