SQL Loader (SQL*Loader-00623) error with Access Memo Data

Hello guys!
I have a problem loading a memo MS Access DAta. I get a SQL*Loader-00623: second enclosure string not present error.I first exported the MS Access DAta into a CSV file and then imported it at Oracle using SQL Loader.
How do I deal with this one?
