sql loader limit

PL/SQL Release 10.2.0.4.0 - Production
CORE    10.2.0.4.0      Production
TNS for 32-bit Windows: Version 10.2.0.4.0 - Production
NLSRTL Version 10.2.0.4.0 - Production

I have 7 to 8 excel file with 7 lacks to 8 lacks records in each file. I need to import the data into oracle table from each file. cummulitive data may be 70 to 80 lacks records.

How can i import the excel sheet haviing 8 lacks records.?
what is the limit of sql loader to load data from excel to oracle?
Is it possible to do it or not?
