SQL Loader For Solaris 64

Hi Guys,

Does Oracle Client has SQL Loader tool ? I want to install Oracle SQL Loader on SOLARIS (Sparc 64 bit) machine . Correct me Oracle Client tool does not require license? if yes then could you please let me know installing client version on SOLARIS will install SQL Loader as well.

Please share any link which helps how to install Oracle SQL Loader on SOLARIS (Sparc 64 bit) machine. I heared Oracle native SQL comes with SQL Loader but not share about it.
