SQL Loader ctl file Date Format

Hi, I have a source file with date format as *[23:02:2012][04:04:50:579]*, how can i eliminate '[' and ']' and load as 23:02:2012 04:04:50:579.

I tried as

CallSetupTime DATE terminated by "," ENCLOSED BY "[" AND "]" "DD/MM/YYYY HH24MISSFFFFF",

BUT DIDN'T Work. Please help me out. Thanks a lot..
