SQL ID in ADDM report

Oracle Database version 11.2.0.3.0.

Excerpt from the ADDM Report -

      At least 78 SQL statements with FORCE_MATCHING_SIGNATURE

      1594857685509872345 and PLAN_HASH_VALUE 1182952986 were found to be

      using literals. An example is SQL statement with SQL_ID "1rftxvvccedlu".

      Related Object

         SQL statement with SQL_ID 1rftxvvccedlu.

Problem - I cannot find the SQL ID 1rftxvvccedlu in the corresponding AWR report.

Question - Is it normal? Is there any other place I need to look for the SQL ID 1rftxvvccedlu and corresponding SQL?
