SQL Formatting in SQL Developer 4.2EA2

Hi

When do sql query formatting by in 4.2 EA using Control F7 the where clause is coming below the "AND" operator where as in case of 4,15 the where clause was coming after the "AND" operator.

I have attached the screen shot below.

Please let me know any setting has to be done for this.
