SQL for modification of foreign keys adding ON DELETE CASCADE clause?

Hi there,

I want to change some foreign keys to add the ON DELETE CASCADE clause! How do I do that?

I don't want to drop them and create them again, because of the performance load, that would be caused.

Any advice? I read the documentation, but concerning the constraint clause in different commands it is really bad in my opinion...
