SQL Error on Script Execution. Try deleting repository before Creating Repository.

Hi All, @"User Group Team-Oracle" @"Jeff Smith SQLDev PM" @"rp0428" @"dhalek"

getting below error during migration SQL Server to Oracle while 'trying to associate repository' after creating the new user with connect, resource, create view privileges.

Please get me out from here.

Welcome for all suggestion and direction as well.
