SQL developper - import from excel issue

hello everyone,

When i try to export a line from excel such as :

7 752-426 22,18 20060101 20061231 plasm.frais cong. autologue

the insert statement that SQLdevelopepr send looks like :

insert into NOMEN (NOCLEUNIK,NOMENCODE,NOMENPRIX,NODATDEB,NODATFIN,NOMENLIB) VALUES('2','752-426',18,'20.060.101','20.061.231','plasm.frais cong. autologue');

How can i get a workaround so that SQL developper won't put '.' to seperate 3 number digits (this data is text both in database and excel)
