SQL Developer V18.3.0.227.1533

Hello all. I am attempting to use Oracle SQL Developer to migrate from MYSQL to Oracle. I am hitting a bug and Oracle Support's fix is to "Please use Oracle 18.3 JDBC driver copied from build SQL Developer V18.3.0.227.1533"

I am currently on SQL Developer V18.3.0.277.2354.

Does anyone know where I can download the V18.3.0.227.1533 version of SQL Developer from, or what the jdbc driver version of that download is?
