Hello all,
SQL Developer takes very long time (2-3 minutes) to connect to Oracle database 19c while connecting with a specific user, say XYZ. When we connect from other users, it takes only about 8 seconds.
There are only 13 objects in the XYZ schema, taht too are synonyms, while in other users there are thousands of objects (tables, procedures, functions, packages, etc.).
Everything works fine with Toad. I am not able to understand what could be the issue here.
If anyone has faced such problem, please help me.
