SQL Developer SIG @ OpenWorld 2008

Hi,

I think I heard mentioned that there was to be a SIG established for SQLDeveloper, initially meeting at Oracle OpenWorld 2008.

Is this going to happen, if so does anyone know when and where it will occur?
